SNOWBLING's blue comes from chamomile. It says so — and it also admits where the colour is added

A soothing range whose colours are formulation outcomes rather than marketing, from a brand candid enough to disclose the one product where that is not entirely true.

Most coloured skincare is a marketing decision. In SNOWBLING's range the colours are mostly consequences — blue from guaiazulene, the deep-blue compound in chamomile; pink from vitamin B12.

Then there is the sentence that made us pay attention. The brand's own copy states the blue serum also contains a small amount of artificial colouring. Most brands would leave that out. Disclosing it is the right call and the commercially smart one, because the pink product in the same range is sold on having zero artificial colour — and that claim only holds if the brand is consistent about the one that does.

For a buyer this is not a moral point, it is a listing point: if you sell into a clean-beauty-screened channel, those two products will be assessed differently. Know that before you list them together.

The pink one is the actual product

Pink aloe is a variety that turns pink under extreme conditions as self-protection, and the brand states that adaptation leaves it with six times more aloe-emodin than standard green aloe. The gel runs 85% pink aloe-derived ingredients.

Aloe gel is one of the most commoditised things in skincare. A version with a varietal story, a measurable compositional difference and a colour that is a formulation outcome is not commoditised. If you take one SKU from this brand to test, take this one.

Our call

Carry it for the pink aloe gel, and build the page around the varietal. In a soothing category where every product is a white cream in a white tube, visual difference is a merchandising asset you cannot formulate your way to.

Skip it if your channel needs the full compliance pack in hand before a first order. The formulation detail here is specific and confident down to concentrations, but for sensitive-skin claims the documents are the product — ask us for the certification pack and full INCI early, and we will collect them from the brand.
