Centella is in 153 of the 486 products we carry — one in three. Which means that when a brand tells you it has a cica cream, it has told you nothing. The ingredient stopped being a differentiator years ago.
So look at what is left. Baegayul holds China NMPA registration — one of only a handful of brands in the Naru Box that does — alongside EU notification and a CPSR, the safety assessment an EU importer is required to hold.
That is the whole pitch, and it is a good one. NMPA is slow and expensive, most Korean brands this size simply do not have it, and its absence is why so many China-facing buyers end up choosing from a much shorter list than they expected.
Where it came from
The formula came out of a working clinic. Dr. Suk-Yong Jo practised for 24 years at Bomyung Korean Medicine Clinic near Gangnam Station, and the line was built to move clinic-grade care into something a patient keeps doing at home. The Naru Box selection is one concern in three formats — serum, cream, mask — under a single moisture-balancing system rather than a scattered range.

One practical note the brand supplies and most listings drop: chill the mask before use. Small detail, sells well in hot markets.
Our call
Carry it if your route to market touches China or the EU. The registration coverage is the commercial asset here — you are buying a supplier who can ship now rather than one you have to sponsor through a twelve-month registration.
Skip it if you need the product itself to be the story. On a shelf beside five other cica creams this wins on credentials and origin, not novelty. If your customers buy newness, lead with the clinic or lead with a different brand.
