CENOLA bet on the pigment almost nobody else in our catalogue uses
Astaxanthin appears in three of the 535 products we carry, and two of them are CENOLA's. A marketing company's own brand, built on an ingredient that is visibly red and hard to formulate.

Count astaxanthin across the 535 products we carry and you find three. Two are CENOLA's.
That is not because the ingredient is obscure — it is one of the most studied carotenoid antioxidants there is. It is because astaxanthin is difficult. It is intensely red, it is unstable in light and heat, and it stains. Most Korean formulators reach for something better behaved and put the antioxidant story on the box anyway.
CENOLA went the other way and made the difficulty visible: the flagship is a red ampoule, and the colour is the ingredient.
The ampoule
100,000ppm astaxanthin, delivered as a liposome — which is the part that answers the stability objection, since encapsulation is how you keep a fragile carotenoid intact until it is on the face rather than degrading in the bottle.
The brand states clinical testing across six endpoints: wrinkles, hydration, elasticity, density, lifting and pigmentation. Six areas is a broad claim set, so ask for the report and check the sample size before you carry any of the numbers into your own copy. What is not in question is the merchandising: a deep red ampoule photographs, demos and explains itself, which is rarer than it sounds on a shelf of identical clear serums.

The mask is the volume product
A 41g hydrogel sheet — heavy for the format, where 25–30g is more typical — built on what the brand calls VDRN Matcha, its own matcha-derived technology, with centella alongside it.
Hydrogel is the right choice for a mask that has to carry that much essence: it holds the liquid against the skin instead of drying out mid-wear the way a cotton sheet does. It is also the format that travels worst by weight, so price it as a hero rather than as a filler.

The repair cream sits between them — a five-in-one derma cream with vegan PDRN, astaxanthin, glutathione and centella, positioned for use after peels and in-clinic treatments. That positioning is the useful one: post-procedure is a repeat-purchase moment, and clinics reorder on a schedule that retail does not.

Where the brand comes from
Worth knowing, because it explains both the strengths and the gaps. CENOLA is the in-house brand of a marketing and distribution company — one that describes its own business as strategic planning, quality control and influencer collaboration.
Read that as a signal about what arrives with the product. A brand born inside a marketing operation usually brings content, imagery and campaign structure that a lab-born brand cannot, and that is genuinely valuable if your channel runs on creator seeding. It also means the product story is written to convert rather than to file, which is why the next section matters more here than usual.
Compliance
Two documents to request before you order, and both are ordinary asks.
The full ingredient lists. What we hold are highlight lists that end in "and more" — useful for understanding the products, not usable for a customs filing or a marketplace listing. The complete INCI exists; it simply has not reached us.
The market registrations. Nothing is on file with us yet, so treat the compliance block above as our gap rather than the brand's, and let us chase it with the paperwork request.
Who this fits
Carry it if you sell through content — a creator-led e-commerce, a social commerce channel, or a market where a visibly red ampoule and a matcha mask make the assortment photograph well. The brand is set up to support exactly that kind of launch, and astaxanthin gives you something to say that the shelf next door cannot.
Skip it if your next order has to clear on documents you already hold, or if you sell into a channel that audits claims before listing. Six clinical endpoints and a proprietary technology name are strong copy and a slow paperwork trail; get the dossier first. And if your customers buy on ingredient literacy rather than on aesthetics, note that the highlight lists tell you what is featured, not what is in the jar — until the full INCI arrives, that is a question you cannot answer for them.
