Oiad sells three lip tints on one problem: staying power without the trade-off
A peel-off tattoo tint, a glow tint and a blur-matte tint — three different textures aimed at the same complaint lip-tint buyers hear most: color that lasts either dries out the lips or does not last at all.

Lip tint has one honest trade-off that most marketing copy skips past: the formulas that stain longest tend to dry the lips out, and the formulas that feel comfortable tend to fade by lunch. Oiad's three-SKU range is built around not accepting that trade-off, with three different textures aimed at three different versions of "long wear without the cost."
The brand
All three Oiad SKUs are sampleable, which is unusual in this issue — most colour brands we cover hold two or three samples back from a larger range. Here the entire current line is on the table: Liptique, a peel-off lip tattoo format aimed at all-day colour without reapplication; SLAYN HYPER GLOW, a glow tint pitched on staying power without the muddiness some long-wear glosses develop as they wear down; and SLAYN AIR BLUR TINT, a soft-matte blur format aimed at comfort and lip-line blurring rather than glass-shine.

Three formats, one complaint
Peel-off tattoo tints exist because ordinary tint wears unevenly — it fades from the centre of the lip first, or transfers onto a cup or a mask. A tattoo format is applied, left to set, then peeled, leaving a stain rather than a film — the mechanism claim, transfer-proof wear, follows directly from that method rather than from a specific active ingredient, which is why it does not need an INCI list to be a credible technical claim.

The two SLAYN tints solve the same wear problem with a conventional stain-plus-film approach instead, in two different finishes. Read as a range, the three SKUs let a retailer offer the "I want all-day colour" customer three different comfort trade-offs rather than one — worth testing against your own market's finish preference (matte-forward markets and gloss-forward markets do not want the same one of these three).

What is not on the label yet
The full ingredient list is not published for any of the three SKUs as of this writing, and the product copy is written as consumer-facing marketing language rather than as a formulation description. Neither is unusual for a colour brand this new, but neither should be papered over: if your market's import process asks for a full INCI declaration before clearance — most do, for colour cosmetics specifically — ask us to request it from the brand before you place an order, not after.
That gap sits inside a bigger compliance question that applies to lip colour generally, not just to Oiad: pooled shade ranges are usually declared with a +/- colourant block rather than per-shade INCI, and that convention is easy to misread if you have not seen it before. We wrote up exactly how that works, and what it hides, in the lip-colour compliance report in this issue — read it before you build an import checklist around any lip tint, Oiad included.
Compliance
| SLAYN AIR BLUR TINT | SLAYN HYPER GLOW | Liptique | |
|---|---|---|---|
| FDA Registered | ● | ● | ● |
All three SKUs carry FDA Registered status. That covers one market cleanly; it does not cover the others. No EU CPNP and no China NMPA are on file for any of the three, and neither is the full INCI. If your market is the US, the certification side of this brand is further along than the ingredient-list gap suggests. If it is the EU or China, both documents still need a request to the brand before you commit.
Who this fits
Carry it if your lip-tint customer specifically complains about the dry-out-versus-fade trade-off, and you want three different textures to test against that complaint rather than one. The full range being sampleable means you can run that comparison properly instead of guessing from swatch photos, and a US-market order already has the FDA registration it needs.
Skip it if you are ordering for the EU or China and need registration in hand now — that paperwork is not yet on file and needs a round trip to the brand first. Skip it too if your import process needs a full INCI declaration before clearance regardless of market; that request should go out well before you are ready to place a purchase order, not while you are trying to close one.
