Face Republic is the only brand in the box that can fill a shelf on its own
Ten SKUs — cleanser, toner, serum, cream, eye, sun, mist. Every other brand in the Naru Box brings three. That difference is a merchandising decision, not a catalogue one.

Every other brand in the Naru Box brings one to three samples. Face Republic brings ten — cleanser, toner, serum, ampoule, cream, eye, mist and two sun products. It is the only brand here whose samples cover a face routine from first step to last.
That is not a catalogue statistic. It is the difference between adding a product and adding a section.
The brand
Face Republic sells clean and vegan formulation as the whole proposition — no artificial fragrance, dermatologically tested, vegan certified across the line rather than on a hero SKU. Plenty of Korean brands say this. What is unusual is that the line is colour-coded by function: blue for hydration, green for calming, yellow for brightening, pink for anti-ageing.
Read that as a retail instruction, not a design flourish. A shopper standing in front of ten unfamiliar Korean bottles does not read INCI lists; they read colour. A brand that ships its own shelf logic saves you the staff training you would otherwise have to write yourself.
Where the acids sit
The clarifying half of the line is built as a ladder rather than a single hero. The cleanser carries salicylic acid at 5,000ppm and rinses off. The toner stacks four acid classes — AHA, BHA, PHA and LHA — at concentrations low enough to sit in a daily step. The moisturiser puts lactic acid and willow bark next to centella and squalane, so the exfoliating step and the barrier step are not fighting each other.

This is the sensible way to sell acids to a market that has been burned by them. Nobody returns a toner. They return the 30% peel they used three nights running.

The claims that have a test house behind them
Most Korean brand decks quote percentages without saying who measured them. Face Republic's Niacin 10 Cream names Intertek Testing Services Korea and reports two-week figures: skin tone brightness +3.09%, melanin −8.90%, pore volume −37.84%.
Note which of those is worth repeating. The tone and melanin numbers are small — honest, but small. The pore figures are the ones a customer will notice, and they come from the same run. A brand that publishes the unimpressive number alongside the impressive one is easier to trust than one that publishes only the second.

The Eye Booster's numbers (21.72% lifting, 11.95% firming) are brand-supplied without a named test house. Treat them as a claim, not as evidence, until you have the report — and ask for it, because they are the sort of figure a marketplace listing will get challenged on.

One thing the matrix will not tell you, so we will. Sun care is regulated differently in the United States — an SPF product is an over-the-counter drug there, not a cosmetic, and cosmetic registration does not carry it. The two sun SKUs are the ones to ask us about before you build a US order around them; for the EU, Japan and Southeast Asia the picture is simpler. Everywhere else in the line, this is the deepest certification stack of any brand in the box.
Who this fits
Carry it if you are opening a K-beauty section rather than adding a K-beauty product. Ten SKUs with a built-in colour system gives you a wall, a routine to sell, and a reason for the customer to come back for step two. The vegan and cruelty-free coverage runs across the line, so a clean-beauty floor does not have to make exceptions for individual SKUs.
Skip it if you sell on a single hero product and a marketing story. Nothing here is strange enough to build a viral listing around — no unusual active, no ingredient nobody else has. The line's advantage is completeness, and completeness only pays off when you have the shelf space to show it. If you can take three SKUs, another brand in this box will do more for you.
