Need Korean makeup brands that offer private labeling

We're launching a K-beauty inspired makeup line for the French market under our own brand. Looking for Korean OEM/ODM manufacturers who can do private label for: lip tints, cushion foundations, and eye palettes. Minimum order ideally under 3,000 units per SKU. Quality needs to match mid-to-high end positioning. Has anyone worked with Korean private label manufacturers through knok?
