Vietnam product registration

Has anyone worked with Korean skincare brands for Vietnam registration? I’m reviewing a few brands and noticed that the documentation requirements can be different depending on the product category. For new launches, do brands usually prepare all registration documents before discussing distribution, or is it handled after the first agreement? Curious how other distributors manage this process.
