BARRIER BALANCE EMULSION

Barrier Balance Emulsion is a barrier-support moisturizing emulsion designed to reinforce the skin’s moisture barrier while maintaining balanced hydration. The formula features two types of PDRN, ingredients recognized in advanced skincare for supporting skin vitality and improving the appearance of stressed or weakened skin. To further enhance barrier care, it includes a lipid complex of five ceramides, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine, components structurally similar to those found in the skin barrier, helping maintain moisture balance and support smoother, healthier-looking skin. In a clinical study conducted on 32 adults, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) increased from 7.81±1.82 to 16.62±3.45 after physical irritation, then decreased to 9.39±2.16 after one application, showing a 43.50% improvement (p<0.05). Compared to the untreated control group, the test group demonstrated a 317.67% greater barrier recovery effect. In addition, after 4 weeks of use, wrinkle area decreased from 52.76±19.74 to 39.22±17.21 (p<0.05), representing a 25.66% improvement. With its soft, lightweight emulsion texture, the formula spreads easily and absorbs comfortably without heaviness. Skin feels hydrated, balanced, and more resilient, making it suitable for daily use across a wide range of skin types while helping maintain a well-supported moisture barrier.
