Sourcing concerns

I'm still in the early stages of building my distribution business, and I want to choose the right product category from the beginning. At the moment, I'm thinking about sourcing skincare products, but I'm not fully convinced. The skincare market is huge, and sometimes it feels like many products are quite similar. I'm wondering how I can find something that truly stands out.
